- At Nirman India major emphasis is given on systemization and streamlining processes at every stage. This is achieved by incorporating meticulous work procedures right from the commencement of work, through the execution stages upto finishing and final completion.
- Comprehensive in-house workshop facilities spread over an area of 15,000 sq.ft., and execution facilities covering the entire requirement of any Interior Design project have also gone a long way in assuring smooth and timely execution of high quality work.
- The Architectural background of the principals facilitates the efficient execution of ‘given’ design solutions by encompassing the three aspects of ‘design comprehension’, ‘execution’ and ‘supervision’ into a single cognizable whole. This is combined with constant emphasis on timely delivery & quality workmanship under stringent supervision. In doing so we are assisted by a team comprising qualified Architects, Engineers, Supervisors and highly efficient office staff.

He is a graduate from the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and was instrumental in the setting up of Nirman India in 1994. As a founding Director of the Company, has over twelve years experience in handling all the aspects of a vide variety of challenging Interior Projects. .The company has grown manifold under his leadership and has diversified into many innovative areas. Maintaining the highest Quality in project work and meticulous detailing in project execution are his strengths, which he has inculcated in his team and company.
Vidur Talwar (B.Arch)After graduating in Architecture from Maharashtra, he had joined the ‘Consulting Engineering Services’(C.E.S.), one of the leading organizations of its kind in the country. Since joining Nirman India in 1996, he has handled numerous Interior Projects with distinction and as Director Projects has been at the forefront in guiding the companies progress. Meeting stringent project deadlines is his strength. His dedication, hard work and intelligence have been instrumental in taking the company to great heights.
Seema Vasudeva, BA.Eco(Hons), MA.Business Economics As Associate Director, she encompasses the companies Strategic International Business Development ‘Statutory Compliances’and Senior Client Counsul/ marketing portfolios .She has worked as a Research Scholar with ICRIER; as Consultant-Burlington Insurance & Financial Services(U.K); as Financial Analyst with Credit & Commerce Life Group (U.K, London); as Vice President-Business Development & Exports with Shahnaz Husain Herbals and as Vice President - Business Development & Exports with Lotus Herbals. She has also been working in the capacity of Consultant to the United Nations in the field of Economic Policy & Development Research.
